NAMI, MC provides support through a telephone help line (M-F, 10-2), a lending library and advocacy with county and state government. NAMI has a monthly education meeting open to the public (2nd Thursday of each month) and the following free courses:

The Family-to-Family Education Program
12-week course for family members and concerned friends of people with mental illness. The course balances basic psycho-educational and skill training with self-care and emotional support.

Visions for Tomorrow
8-week course providing support, education, and training for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents with mental illness.

In Our Own Voice: Living With Mental Illness
A recovery-education program given by trained consumer presenters for consumers, family members, friends, professionals and lay audiences. Stresses how to cope with the reality of mental illness while recovering and reclaiming productive lives.

Peer-to-Peer
A recovery education course for pro-active people with mental illness. Nine-week course focuses on wellness and relapse prevention.
