If eligible Access will find a treatment resource and other mental health ad/ or addiction services Serves children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with mental health needs Serves only adults for addiction services.

is contracted by the Mental Hygiene Administration (MHA) to: Determine if patients meet eligibility and
medical necessity criteria Refer eligible patients to appropriate local providers Pre-Authorize Identified Non-Emergency Care Process Billing Claims & Payments
