Harris practices behavioral optometry to address visual problems. He has worked extensively with individuals with traumatic brain injury who suffer from double vision, visual neglect etc.

In Montgomery County, the designated BI DORS counselor is Karen Earl in the Wheaton office.

Resource coordination is being offered to individuals in Montgomery County through the Federal TBI Grant Project and the Maryland Mental Hygiene Administration. To make a referral, please contact
